About Me

Most important fact about me: I acknowledge Jesus Christ as my savior. I’m all for telling others about my faith, but I also believe that there are right and wrong ways to do this. So if you do not know me, be assured that I will do my best to winsomely embody the living message of Christ. At the same time, I will try not to bombard you with esoteric doctrines concerning my faith.  I love others because I see the image of Christ shining through and illuminating every individual.

This love for others has translated into a passion for psychology. My goal is to cumulate information on the human brain and mind, and in turn apply that knowledge in a productive way that helps others. I’m not always sure how that productivity will play out, but I’m confident that everything will work out.

My main hope is to discover how my faith and the secular study of psychology reconcile with each other. I don’t plan on making this discovery anytime soon. For the meantime, I am confident that God is the creator of the human mind, thus He holds the key to understanding the mystery of all mental disturbances and illnesses.
